Carousel is an award winning learning disability arts organisation that has been creating ground breaking art work since 1982. We support learning disabled artists and arts managers to deliver a broad programme of work and to achieve their artistic ambitions.
Founded 30 years ago, ACF International (known as Action Against Hunger in the UK) is an international humanitarian organisation committed to saving the lives of malnourished children and their families in over 40 countries worldwide. One of the leading organisations in the fight against hunger and malnutrition, our teams provide for people’s immediate needs when food is scarce and provide families with the tools, seeds and support they need to build a sustainable future.
Conflict and Change is a voluntary organisation building bridges of understanding within and between communities in Newham, East London, one of the most diverse areas of the United Kingdom. It was established 25 years ago by local volunteers in response to community tensions at a time of population change.
Our aim is to ensure that every disabled child has an opportunity to be something special… a kid. Whizz-Kidz provides disabled children with the right wheelchair, training and support to lead fun and active childhoods. To date, Whizz-Kidz has helped over 11,000 disabled children. However, there are an estimated 70,000 disabled children and young people in the UK who are still waiting.
