    I dont do coleslaw :S I thought grated with salad but I'm not sure I'd want a whole beetroot on my salad!! by MandaR

    Have you heard of Sarah Raven's Garden Cookbook? Brilliant for unusual ideas. There was a fab roast beetroot soup and a beetroot and goat cheese risotto. by christine.bryant1

    I'd recommend an apple, carrot and beetroot drink. Put them in a blender and get a healthy drink thats good for digestion. Bit of an acquired taste though. by arbymore

    I make 'pink soup' for the kids. It's just butter, onions, potatoes, carrots and beetroots but the beetroot makes the whole thing pink! by communityjules
