soosy needs help with I still don't understand if I get thanked 4 times I only receive 20 points. I thought you got 10 points for each 'thank'.

Oh right, for some reason I thought it was 10 points each. Can you help a cause with just 5 fund points? I only ever seem to have 0 or 10. I don't necessarily think it should be more, I just like to be able to help a cause each time I get thanked. by soosy

it's set so that every time you get ten points we release ten fund points, means you can only donate in multiples of ten, hope that's ok :) by sim

arbymore needs help with How do you choose which charities to support. Do you think that if cofacio users could suggest charities to support they would use it more. The final decision in which to support could either be yours or people could vote on which ones to support.

Good question. Up to now we have asked charities we know if they would like to be involved. In the future we would like our users and business supporters to tell us about the charities they wish to support. by sim

I think that if users suggest charities to support they'll make more of an effort to use the site. It'll be a great feeling knowing you're doing something to help your favourite charity. by arbymore

I agree arbymore, I'd like to suggest particular charities too. I do like the idea of supporting a particular project though, rather than sending a cheque of x amount to a charity. by soosy

Another suggestion. Whoever has contributed most to the site could be asked to nominate a charity. I think it could be a good incentive to use the site more. by arbymore
