I think these are probably supposed to be novels but just in case not... I've just finished NutureShock by Po Bronson and Ashley Merryman and it would be great fun to discuss. Otherwise also Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society is light and lovely. by Hermione

I really enjoyed The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. Also I really enjoyed Woman's World by Graham Rawle. I think it would make a great book club book as there are some really interesting ideas in it. by lizroz

Rings of Saturn by W E Sebold (do check that spelling!) A fascinating book about walking across Suffolk broadened out into all sorts of universal themes and biographical detail. Lots to talk about. by Wolfie

smithers needs help with A nice hotel/pub to stay in near Nottingham. I'm off to a wedding that's just outside Nottingham (East side near Radcliffe on Trent) and itd be great to find a nice cosy boutique style hotel/pub for the night

It's not quite Boutique but the Victoria Hotel in Beeston has a certain real ale/beardy charm. Probably not up to scratch though in this case. by darrenrmoore
