Anytar, this has been happening to me whilst using Internet Explorer. I'm now on google chrome and not having the problem. I will let the co-founders know! by soosy

Safari now remembers me for the whole session, but not if I go away and come back even though I have ticked the remember me box. This is what put me off using it when I first started. by Anytar

Anytar needs help with How do I get Cofacio to remember me? I'm using Safari and have to sign in each time despite ticking the 'remember me' box. This does put me off.

chicho needs help with I have a new router. I installed it and now I forgot what password I used. As I have a mac and the passwords saved in keychain, I guess I can look there? If so, how to I get there? Can a mac user give me advice?

There is an app on your Mac called Keychain Access.app and it is located in /Applications/Utilities/. If you open this and scroll through the list you should be able to see the one for your router. If you double click that entry and then check the 'show password' box then (after you've authenticated yourself on your Mac) the password will be displayed. by darren

Dolcemomo needs help with memory tips: need to remember to have 1 stomach pill before breakfast, lunch and dinner, but I'm hopeless. Please, do disregard setting the alarm in my mobile phone, as eating times vary very much throughout the week and hasn't worked so far

Stick something obvious & ideally fluorescent on your fridge/oven/lunch box so that as soon as you go to eat, you can't help but notice! by eamc

I'd agree with eamc, a post it on the fridge/ reminder notes around the kitchen. Change the note to a different colour each week so you don't overlook them. My husband has the same problem and eventually it has become a habit. He also has a nagging wife!!! by soosy
