My 6 year old enjoys playing with Maths-whizz which is whizz.com. We don't pay so is a bit annoying with their attempts to get you to subscribe. My son's school recommended it to them. There is also friv.co.uk, also recommended by school, but many games are not educational so may be worth having a browse first and save some you think suitable in their own 'favourites' folder. by soosy

Oh yes and I forgot cbbc website. The Horrid Histories game is interactive and great fun. They find out so much about Egyptians, Romans etc without even realising it's educational by soosy

Tiggertoo needs help with This is a question for the girls. Where can you get jeans that don't fall down? As in jeans that are made for people with waists. GAP don't seem to be too bad, but any other suggestions welcome.

Most of my jeans are from Gap and I love 'em. I bought them from a Gap Outlet store and got two pairs for £35. Maybe worth checking whetehr there is one near you? I do also have one pair from Dorothy Perkins which fit well but I think it depends on the shape as another pair I tried on at the same time were totally wrong! by soosy

Ah you see Gap jeans look nice but are not designed for people like me. I am the wrong shape. I need new jeans and hate jeans shopping. I did have some nice ones from next once. Will watch with interest. by cakeshaped

Well, if Gap jeans aren't designed for people like you, then maybe all other jeans are! My problem is that I have a waist. Most jeans are too low cut and just fall down, and if they're cut a bit higher, they still don't go in at the waist, so they just stick out and....fall down. by Tiggertoo

Mostly because I've got a 30% off voucher that has to be used in store by Monday!! My next gripe is that Gap also only cater for people with longer legs than me, so I have to get my MiL to take jeans up each time! Small price to pay for not having to either wear a belt or hitch jeans up every five minutes. by Tiggertoo

Gap do shorter jeans as well. When I bought the 2 for £35, I got one normal pair for wearing with heels and a shorter pair for wearing with trainers by soosy

Will have to own up to being a complete short*rse now. The shortest they do is a 30 and I'm a 28 inside leg. I have to get MiL to take them up for me! Can't wear heels either, so have to wear flat shoes, sigh. Perhaps another question is 'what does getting older have to recommend it?'. by Tiggertoo

H&M do jeans by waist size and leg length they also have different 'cut' jeans depending on what your shape would suit by MandaR

Can't say I've thought too much about my waist, but then I try not to think too much about shopping! Connection, perhaps. Anyway, my wife swears by Earl Jeans. She said they weren't the cheapest, but they were the best and I kid you not they lasted for a good 3-4 years or more. by guy1067
