Looks like there are two fonts being used. The lower-case "a" is double-storey in the word "towards", but single-storey everywhere else. by nic.price

In Madrid you can do it at O2 Wellness Center (Don Ramon de la Cruz). The membership is quite expensive, but in my opinion it is worth it. The whole center is very nice, you have an spa with different swimming pools, sauna, etc. by caro

I think you'll find that its not a brilliant white paper but not many of the 80gsm papers available these days are. The whitest is probably Conqueror Brilliant white but I hate to think how much it is. by arbymore

If the trainer's attached to a gym or an organisation, go above their head & ask for an alternative - if they're keen to keep your business they should sort something out! by eamc

An alternative to look daggers at him/her is making a formal complaint; after all you're paying for a service and if you're not totally satisfied fot it, you have your legitime rights as a customer. by isabel

bad_housewife needs help with coal fires v log fires. Got a log one up and going but it's not *that* roasty toasty. Does coal burn hotter?

i think it's all about getting the air to flow over the fuel so it burns really hot like in a furnace. Lots of gaps so the air can draw up gets that red glow going. I often start with coal and then add a a log on top once it's all burning nicely. by markypet

It's summer time in Spain but I prefer wood fires, you can get more air flow too really up the heat when necessary. Do you have air ducts in the stove to do this? by sim

Wood fires are more environmentally friendly (providing teh wood is sourced sustainably). And wood smells nicer which makes it more roasty toasty. But teh advantage of coal is that it burns slower so you need less fuel. by Sarson
