I'm probably not the best person to answer this given my mobile phone is basic and only allows me to phone, text & take pictures. I would like to be able to make a donation to a registered charity, such as the Disasters Emergency Committee. It would be great to just text a code to a number & donate an amount of money. by soosy

I'd say switch it off when you're in a waiting room! :-) Especially if your favourite band is DJ Casper and it is your ring tone. by bad_housewife

arbymore needs help with How do you choose which charities to support. Do you think that if cofacio users could suggest charities to support they would use it more. The final decision in which to support could either be yours or people could vote on which ones to support.

Good question. Up to now we have asked charities we know if they would like to be involved. In the future we would like our users and business supporters to tell us about the charities they wish to support. by sim

I think that if users suggest charities to support they'll make more of an effort to use the site. It'll be a great feeling knowing you're doing something to help your favourite charity. by arbymore

I agree arbymore, I'd like to suggest particular charities too. I do like the idea of supporting a particular project though, rather than sending a cheque of x amount to a charity. by soosy

Another suggestion. Whoever has contributed most to the site could be asked to nominate a charity. I think it could be a good incentive to use the site more. by arbymore

If the trainer's attached to a gym or an organisation, go above their head & ask for an alternative - if they're keen to keep your business they should sort something out! by eamc

An alternative to look daggers at him/her is making a formal complaint; after all you're paying for a service and if you're not totally satisfied fot it, you have your legitime rights as a customer. by isabel

postal voting is the way forward. but most of all, the UK electoral system needs to be revamped. direct votes, none of this MP majorities which forces you to have a local leader which you may not like in order to support a particular PM candidate. by chicho

Postal voting is available for those with any problem physically attending a polling station. Proxy voting is also available for those unable to get to or into polling stations. I'd rather vote remotely if I possibly could! by lesanto
